Multi-Level Cat Condos Designed for Relaxation

Each of our feline guests stays in a spacious, three-level condo. The upper level is designed for rest and relaxation. The middle level serves as a lounge area, complete with food and water bowls. The lower level houses a private litter box area with frosted glass panels that offer privacy without sacrificing visibility or safety.

All condominiums have central air conditioning and heating, and adjoin to a fully equipped exercise area. Our modern kitchen caters to special dietary needs/concerns, and our 10,000-squarefoot facility is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our team takes time to get to know each guest and adjusts care based on their personality and preferences. Cats who enjoy attention will receive gentle playtime, grooming, or one-on-one interaction. If your cat requires a specific diet or regular medication, we are happy to follow your instructions closely. Health and Safety Requirements

All cats boarding at Willow Pet Hotel must be up to date on the following vaccinations:

• Distemper
• Rabies
• Feline Leukemia

Please provide current vaccination records before or at the time of check-in. If you have any questions about what is required, our staff is here to help.

Nightly Rates and Reservation Policy

The cost of boarding is $35 per night for each cat. This includes your cat’s private three-level condo, daily feeding, fresh litter box maintenance, and attentive care from our trained staff.

A $35 non-refundable deposit is required to secure each reservation. This deposit will be applied toward your total invoice. If you cancel your reservation more than five days in advance of your check-in date, the deposit will remain on your account as credit for future use. If cancellation occurs less than five days before check-in, the deposit will be forfeited.

All credits remain valid for up to one year and can be applied to any boarding, grooming, or daycare service.
