Willow Pet Hotel Presents: National Dog Day Photo Sweepstakes. 1. SPONSOR. The drawing is sponsored by Willow Pet Hotel, 1926 Deer Park Avenue, Deer Park, NY 11729. 2. ELIGIBILITY. This drawing is open to the public. In order to be entered in the National Dog Day Photo sweepstakes, nominations/entries must be made to the Willow Pet Hotel Facebook page (www.facebook.com/WillowPetHotel) on our original sweepstakes post by 7:30 p.m. EST on August 28, 2018. Nominations should be made in the form of a comment and must include a photo of the pet being entered for the photo shoot and canvas print prize. Willow Pet Hotel reserves the right to disqualify any entries that the organization deems inappropriate or unsuitable for display. One entry/photo comment per pet; if Facebook user(s) nominate the same pet with multiple photos in the comments section Willow Pet Hotel will only include one entry in the sweepstakes. The nominating Facebook user of the winning pet photo will be notified via Facebook and the winning photo will be posted on the Willow Pet Hotel Facebook page post. By nominating a pet and sharing a photo, nominating users allow Willow Pet Hotel to use the submitted photo for press and publicity purposes. 3. ENTRY. Willow Pet Hotel will accept sweepstakes entries in the form of photo comments beginning on Sunday, August 26, 2018 through 7:30 p.m. EST on Tuesday, August 28, 2018. 4. PRIZE. The winning pet’s photo will be selected at random to receive photoshoot at Willow Pet Hotel. If winning entry does not want a photo shoot, they can still submit a photo to be printed as a canvas portrait. Photoshoot will be scheduled between the winner and Willow Pet Hotel at a mutually agreeable time. The winner will be announced on or about Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at 9:30 p.m. EST. Odds of winning depend upon number of photos submitted. 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Eligible winners agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Willow Pet Hotel, and its officers, directors, members, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, advertising and promotion agencies from any injuries, losses, damages, claims and actions of any kind or nature, related to, resulting or arising from participation in the drawing or acceptance, possession or use of any prize that may be awarded. Furthermore, by participating, Eligible winners agree to be bound by the laws of the State of New York, applicable law and these Official Rules and to accept decisions of the Sponsor as final in all matters relating to this drawing 6. PUBLICITY. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Willow Pet Hotel to use the pet’s and winner’s name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation to the nominator. 7. GENERAL. This voting and these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without regard to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
